All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your print order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Replacements are issued only for items that arrive in unsatisfactory condition due to a production or shipping error.

Incorrect or Lost Orders

If your order never arrives or you receive the wrong item, notify us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind. Please double-check all details before finalizing your purchase.

Commissions

Due to the personalized nature of commission work, no refunds or cancellations are accepted once work has begun. If for any reason I am unable to complete your commission, a full refund will be issued.
